We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new Wigwams for 2010! Pictured above.

Wigwams are sturdy wooden camping cabins that sleep upto 5 people.  They are comfortably equipped with foam mattresses on bunks, lighting, heating, microwave, fridge and kettle - a few mod cons for your glamping adventure. Go Wild  - Go Wigwam!

As well as the wonderfully warm Wigwams we have our three Camping huts which have been a big success over the last two summers.

Camping Huts (pictured below) sleep upto 2 adults and 2 children, a fantastic wooden tent to keep you warm and dry - you do need to bring all your camping gear. Outside they have wooden decks to sit out on, cook and enjoy your surroundings.

Ruthern Valley Wigwans and Camping Huts offer a convenient alternative to the tent but retain all the ambiance of the ‘camping holiday’. Set in designated areas within the site, the Ruthern Valley Wigwams and Camping Huts have a number of benefits for the visitor:

• Already set-up when you arrive
• More privacy and security than a tent
• No wind whipping or flapping to keep you awake
• No putting up and taking down of wet tents
• An outside area for dining, sunbathing and chilling out
• A guaranteed dry place should the weather get a little damp
