THE LODGE TARIFF includes bed linen and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. The tariff is based upon four sharing. A supplementary charge of £20 per person over four in number and up to an additional two will be made.

For holidays of a week or more, provided the accommodation is occupied by two or less for the FULL duration of the holiday then a deduction of £25 may be made for holidays taken in July and August. There is no additional charge for electricity during July and August. Otherwise by meter reading on departure.

THE BUNGALOW TARIFF does not include bed linen. Pillows and duvets are provided but you are asked to bring your own bed linen. There is an additional charge for electricity by meter reading on departure.

THE CARAVAN TARIFF includes the cost of electricity and gas consumed. Pillows and blankets are supplied but you are asked to bring your own bed linen.

A TYPICAL INVENTORY

All units are fully equipped and a typical inventory is;

All cutlery, crockery and utensils for 6 electric cooker (gas in the caravans)
Floor standing refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster. (no toaster in caravans)
Colour television, Sofabed (except caravans)
Full size bath with shower (sit/bath/shower in caravans)
Picnic bench

Vacuum cleaners available from Reception
Electric heating with thermostat and timer on most heaters (gas fire in the caravans)
Communal Laundry with washing machines, tumble dryers, iron and ironing board.

All accommodation has a double bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom except as follows in the second bedroom:- Lodge 5, 12 & bungalow 7– double bed. Lodge 11 & Bungalow 9 single bed and bunk beds.

GENERAL

All prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to change the tariff at any time to reflect changes in the rate of VAT.

Provisional bookings made will be held for 48 hours pending receipt of your deposit (approx 25%) and booking form.

Available for hire are Cots (cot bedding is not provided) High Chairs and DVD's – see booking form for charges.

There is parking provided for one car per unit, additional cars by arrangement

“Ten day” holidays, Saturday to Wednesday or vice versa may be taken at a pro-rata rate.

One well behaved pet will be considered at £25 per week provided that the owners of pets agree to our Pets Code of Conduct.

Please do not forget to bring towels, tea towels – and for bungalow and caravans, bed linen.
